A WEDDING EXPERIENCE

Last weekend the Pure Hair Team did 9 models hair for Gowns on Gloucester bridal

show at Church Road Winery

Kelly, Alisha and Teagan got amazing reviews for the hairstyles they created

to complement the bridal gowns and under garments displayed for this event.

Each model had a different style to show the ability of the staff at Pure Hair.

Teagan did 4 of the models hair,  and was outstanding!! as he is only in his 2nd year of

apprenticeship.  One of the models who is also engaged to be married next year has asked

if Teagan will be her stylist for her wedding day.  Alisha's loose fish tail braid was the most liked

style of the day.

WELL DONE TEAM!!

Hawkesbay Hairdresser of the Year Awards

Congratulations to Samantha Morris!! Hawkesbay Hairdresser of The Year!!

The Pure Hair team had an amazing day yesterday at the Hairdressing Competitions

Sam won Urban Day Style

2nd in Urban Open Colour

3rd in Urban Night Style

Kelly was placed 4th in Urban Open Colour

Teagan wasn't placed this year but his work was outstanding!!

We had fantastic models!! They worked the catwalk and displayed our work amazingly.

Kelly was so blown away by her team!! Very proud moment seeing Sam become

SUPREME WINNER!!

Nicole Ireland from our sister salon Head High is also a Supreme winner for her

Directional Cut so both salons had a very strong presence at these 2012

Hawkesbay Regional Competitions

Can't wait to see them do us proud again at the Auckland National Supreme's in October

Fun busy week at the salon

Hello,  its been a few days since we have been here

Super busy at the salon!!

Let me tell you what we have been up to....

It started with our neighbour business Wild Spirit leaving their mannequin outside.

We helped them out and looked after it over night. 

It creeped us out!!  you would catch it out of the corner of you eye and think it was

a real person.  Teagan and Sam decided to take some funny photo's with it.  Lucky we took

it in, as it had over $300 worth of clothes on it.

We also looked after some students for the Taradale School Ball.

Abbie who works for us on Saturday's went to the ball aswell.

She was so cute getting more and more excited as the day went on,  then finally

it was her turn to get her hair done!! Yae

We hope you had a fun night Abbie....your first ball is always so exciting!
